Formal Service complaint

There are two ways to make a complaint. You can:

  1. Submit a written complaint to your Service Secretariat Central Admissibility Team (CAT).
  2. Ask the Ombudsman to refer your intention to make a Service complaint to your Service Secretariat Central Admissibility Team (CAT).

The Ombudsman can’t investigate your Service complaint at this stage. It must go through the internal complaints process.

Your complaint might have to go through a separate complaints process first. This will depend on what you want to make a complaint about. Your Service Secretariat Central Admissibility Team (CAT) will let you know if this is the case.
