Office Notice: 01/01/2021 – SCOAF staff are still working remotely. If you need to contact us, please phone and leave a voicemail, or send an email to our contact mailbox, and our Enquiries Team will contact you back within 2 working days.

Backlog Update

As of 30 April 2021, SCOAF has 26 unallocated substance and maladministration cases. This is a decrease of one case from last month and so we have been unable to make a substantial impact on our backlog this month. Unallocated cases are those cases that are waiting to be allocated to an investigator.  It is currently taking us an average of 6 months to allocate a case.

There are currently no delays in processing applications for referrals, admissibility reviews or undue delay investigations.

All SCOAF staff are still working remotely and expect to continue to do so until at least June. We do not have access to our office so if you wish to contact us please email contact@scoaf.org.uk or leave a message on our phone and a member of the Enquiries Team will call you back.
