Office Notice: 01/01/2021 – SCOAF staff are still working remotely. If you need to contact us, please phone and leave a voicemail, or send an email to our contact mailbox, and our Enquiries Team will contact you back within 2 working days.

Backlog Update

As of 27 May, SCOAF has 17 unallocated substance and maladministration cases. This is a decrease of 9 cases since last month. This is an improvement however, on average it is taking us 5 months to allocate one of these cases to an investigator. Two individuals have been offered jobs as Senior Investigators with us and they are currently going through the on-boarding process with HR. This is expected to take some time due to vetting requirements.

There are no delays in processing applications for referrals, admissibility reviews or undue delay investigations.

SCOAF still are all still working remotely and do not have access to our office so please do not post anything to us. To contact us please either email us at contact@scoaf.org.uk or leave a message on our phone and one of the Enquiries Team will call you back.
