The Service Complaints Ombudsman for the Armed Forces (SCOAF) contact telephone number is changing.

Our official phone number will change to 0300 369 0689 with immediate effect from 1st July 2021. The new contact number will handle all our enquiry services.

Please note that calls to 03 numbers cost the same as, or less than, calls to 01 and 02 prefixed numbers and are included as part of any inclusive minutes or discount package. These rules apply to calls from any type of line including mobile, fixed line or payphone.

We respectfully request that you amend your contact list to reflect the above change as the previous number will no longer be operational from 1st September 2021.

Although we deal with some very sensitive issues we are not a crisis service. This means that our office isn’t staffed 24hrs a day. Our phone line is open Monday – Friday between 9am – 4.30pm. If you contact us outside of these hours, please leave a message on our answer phone and our Enquiries Team will get back to you within 48hrs.
