Service Secretariat Contact Points
If you would like more information about a Service complaint or to chase the progress of an ongoing Service complaint. You can contact the complaints Secretariat of your Service who will be able to provide you with the information that you require.
You will need to provide your full contact details, rank, Service number and enquiry. A representative within the Secretariat team will contact you back or refer your enquiry to the Specified Officer dealing with your complaint.
