Backlog Update - June 2023
As of 30 June 2023, we have 23 Substance and Maladministration cases yet to be assigned to an investigator.
It is taking four months to assign these to an investigator.
However, there are no delays in processing Referrals, Admissibility Reviews and Undue Delay investigations.
