As of 29 November, we have 142 unallocated substance and maladministration cases, which is another increase in last month.
As of 29 November, we have 142 unallocated substance and maladministration cases, which is another increase in last month. A new Senior Investigator has now joined us and is going through their training. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for another Senior Investigator to join the team.
Please do not let our backlog put you off approaching the Ombudsman. Your applications are important to us and we are doing our best to manage the backlog.
