The Ombudsman has given a round of training presentations to new Royal Navy, Army and Royal Air Force officers. We use these presentations to talk about our powers, highlight the importance of Service Complaints and show where personnel can get further support on the Service Complaints process.
These presentations support work done by the Services' Complaints Secretariats.
Through clear language, engaging graphics and giving personnel a chance to ask questions, we clear up Service Complaints for personnel and ensure our service remains accessible.
We also look to take the lead on a change in attitudes towards Service Complaints, showing why complaints are so critical to positive change through meaningful case studies.
