From 22nd October 2018, our website and email addresses will change.

From 22nd October 2018, our website address will change to www.scoaf.org.uk. You will still be able to access our website using our existing web address: www.scoaf.org.uk

Our email addresses will also be changing.

If you have an existing application in our office you will be contacted by the investigator handling your complaint with their updated contact information.

Our existing @servicecomplaintsombudsman.gsi.gov.uk email addresses will stop working at the end of February 2019. No emails sent to those addresses will be received by us from March 2019.

Our telephone numbers will remain unchanged.
