"This International Women's Day, I want to thank all our female service personnel along with all the women leaders across Defence and the wider Ombuds community for the excellent work they do.
"My team and I are unwavering in our mission to provide independent and impartial oversight of the Service Complaints system. We know that female personnel remain overrepresented within Service Complaints, and we will continue to work hard to understand the root causes of this and the broader experience of female personnel within of the Service Complaints system.
As the Ombudsman, I am proud to lead a diverse and inclusive team, as we continue to help build a better Service Complaints system for all personnel"
